BMEC has four Conference Rooms which are part of the City Hall facility and can be set up in a variety of formats. In a theatre style layout, each single Conference Room can accommodate 70 people. With the central dividing wall removed a double Conference Room is created capable of accommodating 150 people theatre style. The Conference Rooms have been used for multiple purposes including: training; meetings; interviews; conference break out rooms; dining rooms; sponsor functions; rehearsal and performance space.
